Superheroes is a Erasmus+ funded project aiming to:
- Encourage young people to promote social inclusion through identifying the positive examples of their communities.
- Create innovative practices for educators, teachers, parents, and other staff connected to the education and upbringing of young people.
- Create new practices in social inclusion education and increase the inclusive practices in youth work.
The project developed a methodology for youth workers, focusing on an approach in youth work through the artistic expression in the medium of Comic Books. Through the outputs listed below it aimed to provide tools and skillsets for youth workers to use these practices, and encouraged young people to create new educational comic books through non-formal education and learning while doing.
The project is implemented in 3 partner countries, and is a creative collaboration between the organizations YEU Cyprus, KRIK and Monikom from the Republic of North Macedonia, and Zanandrea from Italy.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES INCLUDED:

🟡 Learning Training Teaching Activity in Cyprus, gathering youth of mixed abilities, and youth workers contributing to the creation of comic books (Output).
