Open Call for Youth Workers: International Training for Solidarity & Inclusion!

In scope of the YSI-ACT project, we are looking for 3 youth workers from Cyprus to participate in the International Training for Solidarity and Inclusion in Bulgaria between 10-16th February!

The YSI-ACT International Training for Solidarity & Action training is an international training for youth workers that aims to share the YSI-ACT methodology which will:

  • Promote the development of the necessary competences and social-emotional skills among youth to participate more actively in society
  • Encourage youth-led actions to foster solidarity and inclusion
  • Critically address prejudices, stereotypes and discriminations
  • Share innovative methodologies combining non-formal education and creative and participatory methods to promote active citizenship and solidarity among youth.

Profile of youth workers:

  • Active youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators, teachers or simply people working with people
  • Committed to learning alternative ways of engagement in civic life
  • + 20 years, and speaking fluent English
  • Ready to get involved in the whole program on-site : From the 10th of February (arrival date) till the 16th of February (departure date)
  • From Spain, Cyprus, Bulgaria or Finland
  • Can commit holding the post-training Local Workshops for Youth from May 2025
