My experience was an experience to remember for the rest of my life! It was the first Erasmus program I attended but surely not the last one! I enjoyed every single thing I did and trust me when I i say will carry with me forever everything I’ve learned while being there! I am forever thankful and grateful for this experience since it was a life-changing one!

Erasmus+ is a powerful experience. It can have a big impact on your life. It’s one of the greatest opportunities to develop skills and competencies while traveling and interacting with different cultures. The program was founded by the European Union with the purpose of giving opportunity to young European citizens. Youth of the Future, a Portuguese NGO, had the lovely opportunity to host an Erasmus+ Training course. This took place between the 27th of October until the 4th of November, hosting participants from Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Latvia, Turkey as well as from Portugal. My EVS in Cyprus has definitely changed my life, both personal and professional. When I arrived I just finished my studies in Psychology, but I didn’t have anything concrete in my mind of where I wanted to work.
